Many executives, branch managers and CEOs of Microfinance institutions have non-business academic backgrounds. The aim of this course is to equip these executives with particular financial skills so that they will be able to handle and manage both short term and long term issues related to financial management. Many executives, branch managers and CEOs of MFIs have non-accounting background. Accounting and financial information are critical in the decision making process of the Executives. A better understanding of the process of statement preparation and financial information will lead to informed decision.
