Major services that lnM provides are research on multidimensional poverty, microfinance, microenterprise financing and development, impact assessment and evaluation of microfinance and other programmes, and other aspects related to inclusive finance and sustainable development. InM also provides training, education, capacity building support and knowledge management services to microfinance institutions and other development organisations. Further, InM provides education support through designing and providing demand-driven capacity building programmes. Moreover, knowledge management and networking activities are the dissemination tools and voice of InM which feature organisational networks, publications, conferences, website, ICT support and database management.
