Executive Director
Dr. Mustafa K. Mujeri joined InM as the Executive Director on January 01, 2016. Before joining InM, he served as the Director General of BIDS and Chief Economist of Bangladesh Bank. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from McMaster University in Canada in 1978 after graduating from Rajshahi University.
Dr. Mujeri has vast experience of working with different national and international organisations including UNDP, World Bank, ADB, FAO, JICA, UNESCAP, CIRDAP, IDRC, Rajshahi University, and Bangladesh Planning Commission. He has extensive publications in national and international journals including books and monographs.
Research Fellow, Research Division
Dr. Nargis earned her PhD in Agricultural Economics from Sunchon National University, South Korea and MS in Production Economics from Bangladesh Agricultural University. She joined InM in 2013 and actively leads research and consultancy projects.
Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research across diverse academic and professional endeavors with strong expertise in analyzing a wide range of datasets. Published numerous research articles in reputed national and international journals.
Senior Research Associate, Research Division
She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics from Jahangirnagar University with outstanding academic achievements. She started her career at InM in 2010.
Strong knowledge in developing survey instruments, statistical analysis, and writing international journal articles and research reports.
Assistant Director, Administration & HR Division
Ms. Forkana completed her BA & MA from Eden Girls College and Masters in Information Science and Library Management from Dhaka University. She joined InM in 2008.
Over 28 years of total professional experience across various organizations, with expertise in general administration, HR, knowledge management, and research support.
Assistant Director, Finance and Accounts Division
Completed Honours & Masters in Accounting under National University. Over 17 years of experience in accounting, commercial manufacturing, and development sectors.
Proficient in bookkeeping, financial compliance, designing chart of accounts, software entries, bank reconciliation, and project coordination.

Former Director of InM Education Division and BRAC Training/Microfinance/International Programmes. Microfinance consultancy experience in Sudan and strategic plan developments internationally.
