InM and Integrated Development Foundation (IDF) have jointly formed the Innovation for Inclusive Development Foundation (IIDC) to establish an International Convention and Training Centre at Cox’s Bazar having standard international facilities including dormitory, catering, convention centre, training and conference venues and other facilities.
The 5th Board meeting of IIDC was held on 18th January 2021. Due to Covid 19, the meeting was organised virtually. The Chairman of IIDC, Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad presided over the meeting and Mr. Jahirul Alam, Managing Director presented the meeting agenda. Other board members also attended the meeting.

The Company is run by the Board of Directors nominated by InM and IIDC. Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad, Chairman, InM is the first Chairman of IIDC. The second meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 24 Jun 2019. Mr. Zahirul Alam, Managing Director of IIDC presented the agenda of the meeting.
InM and Integrated Development Foundation (IDF) have jointly established the ‘Innovation for Inclusive Development Company (IIDC)’ to develop, among other initiatives, 
an International Convention and Training Centre at Cox’s Bazar standard international facilities including dormitory, catering, convention centre, training and conference venues and other facilities.
The Company is run by the Board of Directors nominated by InM and IIDC. Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad, Chairman, InM is the first Chairman of IIDC. The second meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 15 January 2019. Mr. Zahirul Alam, Managing Director of IIDC presented the agenda of the meeting. The Board approved the work plan for 2019 of IIDC along with other agenda. The Company is expected to move forward in the new year.

The first meeting of the proposed Board of Directors was held on 26 February 2018 and Mr. Zahirul Alam, Executive Director of IDF was unanimously elected as the Managing Director of IIDC and Ms. Mosmt. Ifrat Jahan, Deputy Director, InM as the Company Secretary.
The foundation stone of International Convention and Training Centre at Cox’s Bazar to be built by the Innovation for Inclusive Development Foundation (IIDC), an InM and IDF (Integrated Development Foundation) joint venture company was unveiled on 1 March 2018 by Dr. Q. K. Ahmad, Chairman of InM. Senior officials of InM and IDF were present on the occasion.
